All bookings require the payment of a guarantee/deposit equivalent to one-night stay. We reserve the right to release any booking if the guarantee/deposit conditions have not been met at the time the reservation is made.

Cancellation options vary according to the rate type booked. This will be noted on the reservation. Where cancellations are possible, an administration fee of ZAR350 will be charged in addition to any penalty due.

48 hour cancellation, we retain 100% of the reservation.

Children under 3 years old can stay in a cot (at no charge). Children 3-12 years can stay in an extra bed (in certain room types & at an extra charge). Children 12+ should have their own room.
