Room rates exclude 1% Tourism Levy (charged on accommodation costs only)

WiFi

WiFi access is complimentary throughout the hotel.

Guarantee

All bookings require the payment of a guarantee/deposit. We reserve the right to release any booking if the guarantee/deposit conditions have not been met at the time the reservation is made.

Cancellations

Cancellation options vary according to the rate type booked. This will be noted on the reservation. Where cancellations are possible, an administration fee of ZAR350 will be charged in addition to any penalty due.

Breakfast

Breakfast is rate type-dependent & noted on the reservation.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in time is 2 pm.
Check-out time is 11 am.

Children & Extra Beds

Children under 3 years old can stay in a cot (at no charge). Children 3-12 years can stay in an extra bed (in certain room types & at an extra charge). Children 12+ should have their own room.

Pets

We do not allow pets at the hotel.

Provisional Bookings

We hold provisional bookings for a maximum of 14 days and thereafter they are automatically released.

Group Bookings

Any reservation with five or more rooms is considered by the hotel to be a group booking. Special conditions apply to the amendment, cancellation and guarantee of these bookings.

Peak Periods

Peak periods occur over sporting & cultural events and will be noted on the reservation. Special conditions apply to the amendment, cancellation and guarantee of these bookings

The online bookings feature is viewed over a secured connection. Any information provided by you on this website cannot be viewed by anyone else over the Internet. As this service is provided by another service provider, we, unfortunately, cannot be held accountable for any errors or omissions, losses or damages which you may suffer as a result of the use of their service and we hereby disclaim all liability in this regard.
